Parts Policy

All parts are sold separately unless otherwise specified.

Brake pads may be sold as a set.

No warranties will be assessed.


Shipping Policy

Shipping prices are subject to change due to the following factors:

  • Shipping location
  • Package dimensions
  • Package weight
  • Fuel surcharges

Each customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
No exceptions will be made.


Returns & Incorrect Parts

If a customer receives an incorrect item, the Parts Department must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Parts must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • All items must be complete and in original condition.
  • If items are incomplete or damaged, no refund will be issued.

If a customer ordered the wrong part, the following will apply:

  • 25% restocking fee
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost if a replacement part is requested

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering their shipping address exactly as it should appear.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
