Shipping Cost Policy

Please read before placing your order.

Shipping prices shown at checkout are estimates only. Final shipping costs may change after the order is processed due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping rates may increase based on the following:

  • Delivery location
  • Package dimensions (box size)
  • Package weight
  • Carrier rate changes
  • Fuel surcharges applied by shipping carriers

Because some parts are large, oversized, or irregularly shaped, the initial shipping estimate may not reflect the final carrier cost.

The customer is responsible for the final shipping cost.

If the actual shipping cost is higher than the estimate shown at checkout, we will contact the customer to collect the remaining balance before the order is shipped.

If the customer chooses not to pay the updated shipping cost, the order may be cancelled and refunded according to our store policies.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms.

🔧 Product Information

  • All parts are sold individually, unless otherwise noted.
  • Brake pads are sold in sets.
  • We do not offer warranties on parts sold.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping prices vary based on location, size, weight, and fuel surcharges.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
  • We do not ship internationally — shipping is available only within the United States.

🔁 Returns & Incorrect Parts

  • If you receive an incorrect part, please contact our Parts Department within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  • All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and the part(s) must be complete and unused to qualify for a refund.
  • If you ordered the wrong part, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any reshipping fees.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders canceled after processing will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address will result in additional shipping charges.
